When will the app be available?
Górołazi is on the final stretch before its official launch. After configuration and publication in Google Play and the App Store, download links will first be sent to people who joined the Mountain Crew.
Will the app be free?
Yes. Górołazi will be available for free. We want to develop the app without ads or commercial noise, with maintenance supported voluntarily by the community.
Will there be ads in the app?
We do not plan ads in the community part of the app. Górołazi is meant to be a place for mountain people, trail stories and real trips — not another feed full of random content.
Will the app work offline?
Some features will be able to work without a constant internet connection, especially when using saved routes and map data. Community features, reports and activity synchronization will require network access.
Can I find someone for a shared hike?
Yes. Górołazi helps connect people who want to go into the mountains. You can plan trips, invite friends or share your outing and check who from the Mountain Crew can join.
Will I see who is currently on the trail?
The app will let you check community activity in the field and see where other Górołazi users are currently active — respecting each user's privacy settings.
What reports can be added to the map?
You will be able to add important field information to the map, such as wild animals, a closed trail section, obstacles, an accident or other situations relevant to people planning a trip.
Do reports replace official announcements?
No. Reports in Górołazi are community-based and informational. Before going into the mountains, you should always check official announcements from national parks, rescue services and local conditions.
What devices will the app support?
Górołazi will be a mobile app available for Android and iOS phones. Access will be rolled out gradually after publication in the stores.
Can I influence the app's development?
Yes. Early Mountain Crew users will be able to share feedback, suggest improvements and have a real impact on how the app develops next.
