Wersja: 2026-06-10Obowiązuje od: 10 June 2026
Ważna informacja

These terms apply to the landing page and early access sign-ups. Full mobile app terms may be published separately before all app features are made available.

1. Website operator

The operator of the Górołazi website is Drake Factory Kamil Hajduk, 03-287 Warszawa, ul. Skarbka z Gór 15D/36.

You can contact the operator by e-mail: support@gorolazi.com.

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents the Górołazi project — a social app for mountain lovers — and collects sign-ups from people interested in early access.

Information published on the website is for informational and promotional purposes only. It is not professional tourism, rescue, weather or mountain safety advice.

3. Joining the Mountain Crew

A user may join the Mountain Crew by completing the form and providing an e-mail address, preferred device platform and communication language.

Signing up means that the user wants to receive organisational information about app availability, a download link or an early access invitation when available.

4. Form usage rules

  • Providing data in the form is voluntary, but necessary to receive early access information.
  • The user should provide a real e-mail address they are authorised to use.
  • The form must not be used in a way that violates the law, good practices or website security.
  • The operator may remove a sign-up if there is a justified suspicion of abuse, automated spam or use of someone else’s data.

5. Early access

Early access may be granted gradually, depending on app readiness, availability in Google Play and App Store, and the operator’s technical capabilities.

Signing up does not guarantee access on a specific date. The operator will make reasonable efforts to keep registered users informed about progress and availability.

6. E-mail communication

The operator may send messages related to the sign-up, early access, app availability or organisational information connected with the project.

Marketing communication, updates about new features, the community, bonuses and badges will be sent only if the user gives a separate, voluntary marketing consent.

7. Intellectual property

The Górołazi name, logo, graphics, texts, website layout and other visual identity elements are legally protected and may not be copied or used without the operator’s consent, except where allowed by applicable law.

8. Mountain safety

Górołazi is intended to support the mountain community, trip planning and information exchange, but it does not replace official notices from national parks, rescue services, guides, certified maps or weather alerts.

Before going into the mountains, the user should independently check conditions, official notices, trail closures, risks and choose a route appropriate to their abilities.

9. Complaints and contact

Questions, comments or reports related to the website may be sent to: support@gorolazi.com.

The operator will respond within a reasonable time, usually no longer than 14 business days.

10. Changes to the terms

The operator may amend these terms, especially due to app development, changes to the website, technical changes or changes in law.

The current version of the terms is published on this page.
