Purpose of these standards

This document describes Górołazi’s public standards for preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation and violations of children’s rights. These standards cover reporting, moderation, response to illegal content and behavior, and the contact point for child safety matters.

Zero-tolerance policy

Górołazi strictly prohibits publishing, sharing, promoting, requesting or facilitating content or behavior related to child sexual abuse and exploitation.

  • We do not allow child sexual abuse material, including CSAM.
  • We do not allow grooming, soliciting children for sexual purposes, sextortion or attempts to obtain intimate materials from minors.
  • We do not allow contacts, messages, comments, profiles, photos, videos or other content that sexualizes children or puts them at risk.
  • We do not allow organizing, promoting or facilitating child trafficking, sexual violence, exploitation or other criminal activity against children.

Prohibited content and behavior

Users may not use the Górołazi app to publish, send, comment on, share or coordinate activity that violates child safety.

  • Publishing, sending or requesting CSAM or any sexual content involving children.
  • Contacting a child for sexual exploitation, manipulation, coercion or to obtain private materials.
  • Publishing content that sexualizes minors, even if it does not contain nudity.
  • Impersonating a child or trusted person to harm, exploit or manipulate a child.
  • Sharing instructions, links, codes, groups, accounts or other ways to access CSAM.
  • Retaliating against, intimidating or harassing a person who reports a child safety violation.

Reporting violations

Górołazi allows users to report child safety concerns directly in the app and by e-mail.

  • Users can report content, profiles, comments, messages, activities and other app elements available through reporting mechanisms.
  • Child safety reports can also be sent to the designated contact e-mail address.
  • Reports should include a clear description of the issue, a link, username or other information that helps identify the content or account.
  • Users should not send copies of CSAM. It is enough to provide information that allows us to locate and handle the issue according to our procedures.
  • If there is an immediate threat to a child’s life or health, users should contact emergency services or law enforcement without delay.

Moderation and response

Child safety reports are treated as a priority. After receiving a report, we take action appropriate to the nature and risk of the case.

  • We review the report and available technical and contextual information.
  • We may temporarily hide content, restrict account features or block an account while the matter is reviewed.
  • We remove or block content that violates these standards, our Terms of Service or applicable law.
  • We may suspend or permanently remove the account responsible for the violation.
  • Where appropriate, we retain information needed to handle the report, ensure safety, pursue claims or cooperate with authorized authorities.

Handling CSAM

CSAM is illegal and is treated as one of the most serious child safety violations.

  • When we obtain credible information about CSAM, we take action to limit access to such material.
  • We do not ask users to send copies of CSAM or distribute it further.
  • Where appropriate, we may preserve necessary technical data to handle the report and cooperate with competent authorities.
  • Where required by law or justified by the nature of the case, we may report the violation to competent regional, national or other authorized institutions.
  • We act in accordance with applicable law and our privacy rules.

Legal compliance

Górołazi complies with applicable laws on child safety, personal data protection, user content and cooperation with authorized authorities.

  • We require users to comply with the app Terms of Service and applicable law.
  • We provide mechanisms to report child safety violations.
  • Where required by law or justified by safety, we may provide information to competent authorities.
  • We cooperate with authorized authorities in accordance with applicable procedures and law.
  • We update our standards when legal, technical or platform requirements change.

Minor users

Górołazi is a mountain-focused social app. The minimum age for account use is defined by the app Terms of Service and applicable law.

  • We do not design the app as a place for sexual contacts, dating or exchanging intimate content.
  • Content and behavior that violates child safety is prohibited regardless of the user’s age, communication format or location in the app.
  • We may restrict access to account features if we detect a violation of child safety rules.
  • We encourage users to report any situation that may indicate exploitation, harassment, grooming or any other risk to a child.

Enforcement

Violation of the Child Safety Standards may result in action against content, accounts and access to the app.

  • Removal or hiding of content that violates the standards.
  • Restriction of account features, account suspension or permanent account removal.
  • Blocking the ability to contact other users.
  • Retention of selected data for report handling, safety or legal compliance.
  • Reporting the matter to competent authorities where required by law or justified by the nature of the violation.
